while certified Microsoft students name their price, Accelerated Learning plugs the skills gap...
Accelerated Learning provider, The Training Camp, is launching three new courses covering the Microsoft Dynamics product range.
Business management solutions are in high demand at present as they enable staff to make important business decisions with greater confidence. These Microsoft Dynamics solutions automate and streamline financial, customer relationship, and supply chain processes.
The range of courses cover Microsoft Dynamics CRM, AX and NAV. Unlike traditional courses in hardware or software products, these courses will not only educate students about the product itself but also give students a practical overview of the processes the products would be applied to.
The three courses will be taught using Accelerated Learning techniques and last between five and seven days, unlike other courses available that take weeks. The IT skills gap in the UK means that a certified Microsoft professional can earn between £38,515 to £60,449 [1], salaries which companies can avoid by quickly updating the skills set of their own workforce.
On the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 course students will learn sales management, marketing automation and interaction with MS Office applications as well as how to install and configure CRM solutions.
The Microsoft Dynamics AX course will teach students the basic functionality and general usage of the application and how to install and set up Microsoft Axapta in a one user training or testing environment. The course will also cover modular subjects such as Financial I and II, budgeting, fixed asset overview and purchase orders amongst other things.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV helps students get to grips with the software solution and includes modules on financial management, manufacturing, business intelligence, sales and marketing and distribution.
“With the current skills crisis, students who are trained in Microsoft’s key products are increasingly finding they can name their price,” said Robert Chapman, CEO and co-founder of The Training Camp. “We noticed a demand from applicants to not only teach them about the product functions but also show them how this knowledge can be applied to specific daily tasks.”
“Training for traditional IT products such as technical software or hardware has always focused around the product itself. The Microsoft Dynamics product range aims to provide solutions to make business processes easier, therefore it was vital we incorporated this into our training.”
